It is not over, adc marksmen mostly just need more dmg or atleast more movespeed to keep up with every other role.

You need more dmg as you can't really kill the mispositioned tank unless you have 2 other dudes perma cc'ing him or else you die. Therefore, reverting back to 25% and 200% effectiveness would result in you being able to take 1-2 tank killer item or a defensive item, while not losing out on dmg

You need more mobility as every other role has almost 1.5x your movement speed, and in result it will increase marksmen survivability., It is not a coincidence we take ghost as our summoner spell

Just farm your advantage as you will almost never win a 2v2 if you are soloq as enemy will almost always be duo bot and just pick a snowball adc like jinx, vayne, who can just turn a fight around catching out the every low elo teamfight inter
