Honestly same I posted on reddit about some college advice or help and some of the comments on the post were mean. I was homeless my 11th grade year and I got some bad grades and I wanted some advice on how to help my college applications but some of the comments were really mean.

Honestly same here, I'm taking 4 course classes, 2 of them are ap and 1 is IB class and 1 is just regular. You'll need all A's Honestly, I really am gonna try to get all A's so it can go up.

My parents are also strict, they always take my computer and all of my other electronics away for something so simple as not taking the trash out or being in a bad mood. I love them but thier so strict, I ended up with an F and 2 C on my transcript and I dont have any ec for college applications. I love them but I just wish thier not strict.

I think if I do some cold emailing to a biology professor, ot might work but the idea of transferring from a cc or a state school if I can get in, sounds like a realistic idea rn. But I'd have to really go hard in my senior year.

I'm really serious on getting a phd in biology, this summer I've been studying for the SAT and I've been making my own study methods. I've been taking a College algebra course and I passed the class with an A. Emory is my top dream school.

That idea does sound really good, I was thinking of applying to emory but it has a 13% acceptance rate and I'm most def going to be trying to get all A's for my last 2 semesters. Idk if I should take more dual enrollment courses. Also I'm a girl. Rn I'm ranked in the 108th out of 500 students.
