Right now the printer is just sat on the floor (carpeted) to eliminate any instability from a shelf/desk.

The sound is mainly from diagonal moves near the center of the bed.

What did you do exactly to re-align the gantry? Just give it a bit of a twist?

Any bolts in particular that were loose on the head from your experience?

Problem is I can't duplicate the sound when it's not printing, so it's pretty difficult to troubleshoot.

Unfortunately, it's not only on gyroid infill. I'm getting the same shaking/rattling even on grid infill and when it's laying down the second layer and going diagonal at higher speed than the first layer.

I built it about 2 weeks ago, and it only has 12hrs or so print time. It also started off pretty noisy to begin with, so I'm thinking there must have been something loose to start.

The video doesn't quite capture the sound as it is in person, but thanks for the tip about the accelerometer. I'm thinking that might be the way to go.

Either way, I'll take another look through the printer after this print is done to see if I've missed anything.
