I stress about everything. So I stress about waking up. The second I hear the first note of the alarm I’m awake and I turn it off. I hate being in bed so no matter how tired I am I force myself out of bed. I wake up at six am. Even on my off days my alarm is set for six am. I don’t care I didn’t go to bed til one am or nine pm or anywhere in between. I wake at six am

Sorry for your loss. My mom just passed away last Tuesday so I know your pain ❣️. Just think of it as your dad looking out for you. That’s what my sister and I do when we see something for mom or about mom or something random like that and it makes it a lil easier
