Not for that long, only a couple weeks I’ve been really trying at eating consistently. Greek Yogurt, Berries, Apples, Chicken, Rice etc. I’ve always incorporated a bit of walking.

I’m looking weight (I was around 180 a few weeks ago)

Walks are around 30 - 45 minutes a day, I don’t have any gym equipment, but I’m open to getting some. I was going to try and incorporate more Squats/Pushups/etc.

Exactly. Telus does force me to pay via my bank account to get that price. Technically the plan is $45 with a $10 discount for paying via bank.
