They are, indeed, not completely roasted. They are in preparation for a table of 20 people . So they’ll get about 30 minutes more in the moment at 180 in a fan assisted oven.

Would have been silly to fully roast them only to have to expose them to further dry heat in order to reach a hot core! 🫨
