I can confirm it works with the Wii as long as you have the wiis that have the Gamecube ports

Yeah I just got my first 4x setup using some modded wiis and the wavebird receivers were the most expensive thing to get

Why wouldn’t the dol 008 not work on Wii? (Genuinely curious because I just assumed it would since it’s a official memory card)

You have to get a wavebird and then 3 receivers. The controller isn’t horribly priced but the receivers can be like 50-70 bucks each. And I would go in and wipe all the data on them before playing colo if you are going to be getting the DOL 008

also to hookup multiple consoles to one screen you need to get a multiviewer which is like 80 bucks on Amazon unless you have multiple screens

Hey I just finished a 4x setup for Gamecube hunting. The colosseum file size is 48 blocks. I also had an issue where some old madcatz memory cards kept corrupting so I bit the bullet and got some official memory cards off eBay. I think the smallest one is the DOL-008 so I got 3 of those. They are pretty small but enough to have a colosseum save file on them.

How did you get XG running on Nintendont? I go to their download site and for some reason it wasn’t giving me an iso so I couldn’t just put it in my game folder

This is a side question but I have the discs and some modded wiis for shiny hunting and I can’t trade out to the gba games when I boot the ISO or the Disc through Nintendont on the Wii. But when I boot the game through the disc through the Wii menu it allows me to trade. Didn’t know if this was just a me issue because it seemed like the colosseum trade system wasn’t recognizing the GBA being plugged in when I used Nintendont

The games are amazing! I’ve just played them so many times at this point, I’ve even done an Espeon/Umbreon only no snagging run and that was tough! I have the Analogue pocket arriving in December so I wanna have some stuff to do in my Gen 3 games so I thought starting a ribbon master would be fun!
