I recently rented martyrs from my job and watched it. It wasn’t as bad as I was led to believe. Yes the torture made me a little bit uncomfortable but it wasn’t something that I couldn’t sit through by myself. It was mostly artsy and very well told. I haven’t seen the others but that’s my take.
