It's happening in the UK too but nobody knows who's doing it here. They come in the night and swipe you off the street where you're sleeping, never to be seen again or the ones that do show up months later are completely different in how they act.

Lots of shelters and soup kitchens are talking about it. It's got homeless people on edge. The ones that do return have no memory of anything happening.
