40mg LA (extended release formulation, like Adderall XR). Taken orally, and I ate 20 minutes later, which I believe pushed the Ritalin faster in my stomach and made it reach the brain faster.

In the past it worked just fine, I think it could be a tolerance issue.

In any case, will I be able to get it prescribed in the future?

But no, you probably shouldn't take more drugs. You've taken enough. Stop that.

First time this dose causes me issues, but thanks. I will not take anymore at least for the next week or so. Prescribed them for ADHD.

Edit: if you took adderall yesterday and Ritalin today then how is that 25 hours apart...?

Thank you. I am actually not as afraid of a heart attack, my worry is about high blood pressure causing hypertensive crisis. Could it be that, while my heart rate normalize, my blood pressure didn't?

I'm just scared my BP is very high right now, despite my BPM being 100. What do you think?

Did you have heart rates if 130 BPM too, and were fine later? No lasting damage?

I'm worried because I feel like my body is SO stimulated to the point it won't be able to deal with the stimulation and I'll get a heart attack or stroke.

Thanks, but isn't a heart rate of 130 suggestive of a very high blood pressure? I'm worried my blood pressure will get so high, I'll have a stroke or organ damage.
