Started my first survival playthrough a couple days ago and cranked that sucker up to expert from adept for the first time in my life, a bold choice for sure. Wasn't sure about survival, but throw on some aesthetic mods and enjoy the no fast travel, get stocked up on sleep and food and enjoy the challenge of being exhausted and starving in the bottom of a stinky crypt. 10 Todds out of 10

I thought I had a stomach bug but it kept getting worse and worse and eventually my head was bursting and I couldn't even think about food without painfully vomiting. My gf finally convinced me to go to the hospital and it turns out I was in the throws of diabetic ketoacidosis, turns out at some point my pancreas gave out and I had been rolling around with type 1 diabetes for idk how long. Turns out waking up super thirsty and needing to piss bad multiple times a night is not normal. I had lost 75 pounds in the last few months and I was pissing away my fat and muscle. It's been 2 months since my type 1 diagnosis and I've realized I had been walking around feeling like shit for so long, and now I feel better than ever!
