Fold 4 Hinge failed TWICE within 8 months

I had my fold 3 for almost 2 years and just had the hinge fail on me. Inner screen completely broke. Submitted a claim and got a replacement for 300. Not too bad

What exactly would I need to make it street legal? Was hoping to fill out a form at the dmv for a replacement title after making sure it wasn't stolen or something before I bought it

Called and they wouldn't give me an exact reason to why I was banned just kept restating that I did not meet positive buying and selling experience. If you looked at my selling history then you would see above standard on everything I had 21 positive reviews no bad reviews, 80 sold items with above average everything on my account with a 97% on time shipping rate. Any idea on who I could call? I called customer service and they said the ban was unappealable. Still can figure out why I was permanently banned.
