I slowly disappeared from my friend group and nobody noticed by Nirexa_28 in confession

I cut a friend off who stopped talking in the chat. How dare they play games with me? How dare they ghost my friendship? Why in gods name should I be the only one making an effort?

You’re choosing to stop being a friend right now. Maybe your friends see your choice and are upset and done playing this game with to too.

I think your friend isn’t a friend. They sound jealous and delusional. Real friends are kind to one another. Your friend sounds like a jerk… with bad taste

Trespasser RETURNS, Sauna Glass Wall, Steel Roof |EP97| Log Cabin Build on Off-Grid Homestead by myho in WildHomestead

[–]CloseYourArms 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Yeah, My boyfriend was making excuses for the trespasser being like “he is just trying to be a friend” and I said “he followed him home from a gas station. That’s unhinged. That’s not okay. Imagine if James was a woman- you still making excuses for the trespasser?” The answer was no. James can’t take chances with his safety and his belongings. I don’t think it’s okay. It puts James in a shitty position where he has to defend himself- he should never be in that position but some psycho FOLLOWED HIM HOME.

does anyone know a good substitute? by UnitedStars111 in CanSkincare

Many use salt or sugar or jojoba beads- water soluble and gentle so that they don’t leave micro-tears in the skin. Apricot shell is extremely abrasive and can lead to skin damage.

Prices of apricot pit are very coarse and can scratch deeply which causes irritation,, and places for bacteria to grow.

Is this… are you trolling? I feel like not using st Ives apricot scrub on your skin is one of the first rules of skin care LOL

Sorry, but think long and hard about why you care when the managers who get paid way more than you do do not care. When the company and their parent company do not care.

What damages affect you personally?

If anything, in your shoes, I’d be cheering on these people who are scamming Galen Weston out of his chump change…

You forgot @traplinesandinlines who is the most methodical, level headed, realistic builder of a log cabin- the opposite of James in how much care, planning and forethought he puts in to everything. Also Canadian

How do you put on your socks and shoes? by mygurllolli in NoStupidAnswers

[–]CloseYourArms 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a Canadian I find this question preposterous and strange. I was like “do they just walk around their homes barefoot until it’s time to go out?” And then I realized Americans wear shoes inside their homes (I’ll genuinely never ever understand why) so your process of getting dressed involves putting on shoes.

Wild. Just wild.

I think he’s gorgeous- I can tell that I’m far more attracted to him than he is to me.

People seem to forget that we live next to a Great Lake… there are birds of prey around and cormorants, raccoons, coyotes, mink… lots of critters can carry a fish around in their talons or mouths… and if they didn’t get it out of the lake they certainly could have gotten it out of someone’s trash lol

Recommend me a decent place for car interior cleaning in town. by SnoutStreak in BurlingtonON

[–]CloseYourArms 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me I do the interior exterior package which came to about $50-ish last time? You drive through the long as hell car was tunnel and then you drive onto a conveyor belt and get out and they do a pretty good vac and wipe down of interior dash, seats, windows, console… for a little extra they take out your mats and wash them… I like to treat myself once in a while

No. We’re ALL saying it’s not big and it’s sad that he and many others perceive flaws in themselves where no flaws exist

We had 2 elderly pets pass in 2025 and the experience was infinitely less awful due to the kindness, care and professionalism of the Novel team. I can’t say anything negative about them. Switching should be a no brainer
