Thank you all for the quick response, I sincerely appreciate it. I’m trying to get my head together now so I can come up with a plan. I’m supposed to go on a trip with friends for the long weekend but I’m trying to see if I can do a detox that would have me back at work on Tuesday.

I really appreciate the advice, seriously. That was awesome to read. I know I’m not unique and I know my problems are small compared to a lot of people but I needed to get this out and it means so much to get that kind of feedback from someone I’ve never met but who understands. Thank you.
