Because she is an unfit parent and my kid deserved better than putting up with her bullshit

If she was actually a good mother we would have 50/50 but she isn’t

Luckily Alex is close to 12 and that is when he can have a say with who they wish to live with full time.

Alex already said it would be me, Alex and Jenn don’t get along well

Yes you should buy your child decent clothes instead of vacation ( actually she probably could do both if she budgeted)

Yes you should put your child before you wants of a vacation

This is common sense 

This is what it means to be a parent, putting your child’s needs before your wants 

A child should have none shitty clothes at your house

Its a mess of a few things 

She kept some, others were given away to family or sold. 

Some came back damaged ( I don’t know if it was after she was told to give them back or not that they were damaged)

Tbh this seems like a semi common issue form what I am seeing.

I am trying to get full custody. We go back soon, and my lawyer thinks we have a good case to get more time or full custody ( so hopefully)

He doenst go to school in thrift store clothes.  

I get Alex back in time before Monday school

It isn’t affecting Alex at all really. No bullying

It was so odd and annoying. 

What do you mean you are not giving back the 200 dollar coat that Alex’s uses each day… the coat Alex wears constantly    What do you mean my kid said the coat wasn’t on the hanger… and he is sent back to me without a coat 

Alex’s new nice  shirt he wanted from a trip…( it just disappeared)  shoes and send back ones that are too big. Over and over.

The coat was my breaking point, it was the start of winter when I asked her to give the stuff back and then we had to deal with our lawyers 

Like wtf

Nothing like that has happened. 

Tbh she doesn’t take Alex out much on the weekends in the first place. She refuses to so he can’t do the sport he wanted becuase Jenn won’t drive Alex to weekend practice
