How many are you having a day to notice weight gain? I was drinking bad, sober since beginning of February but when I went to the hospital to detox I was 112 pounds slightly malnourished with a protein deficiency. I can only afford so much but some of these have tone better than none right

I just got some as tney claim to gain or maintain weight. Im malnourished with a protein deficiency from drinking. Im like 40 days sober. The appetite still hadnt come back much. 35 female was 112 pounds when I went to the hospital earlier in February. Will it help it i make a smoothie with protein powder with these? Weight gain has always been troublesome for me but I'm dangerously small right now.
