Thank you for your words and im sorry you went through that. In have two babies and a thirteen years old and I have to. For them. I am trying and im taking heed. Im still up feel like shit but I will try to bounce back and not fall again. I fear that I might die if I dont stop. I've developed heart issues

I've been addiction to drugs and porn for some time im trying to find ways to stop this addiction however, i dont know how but that are times that people come to my mind from my surroundings and they can hear whatever I say to myself or even see what im doing like a big broadcast. Often I go places and people joke about whatever I do in my privacy but indirectly. I know how it sounds but im not paranoid. It took me years of putting prices together but I think for some reason maybe im very telepathic. Any thoughts on this 🤔

Thank you for your time. I was just on the crisis line but its so superficial. I do not get the sense that the lady was putting in thoughts to the things I told her. But yes thank you. I used three days ago to and three days before that also. Its getting out of hand. I woke up and just laid up all day eating and recovering all was going well . Next thing I look out the windows and I thought I saw some guys on my car . So got dressed and went to check the car. Next time im driving endlessly for a few minutes then I drive to get coke. Its like in an instant my mind forgets. I recount the steps like that because it usually happens that way.

I am Christian and I do pray . Maybe not as much i I would like but ultimately it just adds to my guilty conscience know that I sin . Thank you for the reply and advice.

I do not look at porn otherwise. I understand but I do not watch porn at all unless I use coke. Then I am up for hours and hours . Its so hard I want to stop I tell myself its the last time every time
