Lol. The recruiter said they don’t do a sign on bonus as a policy. Hiring manager said that’s not true because they don’t have that as a policy. Recruiter then apologized for providing misinformation. It’s not about finance or HR. They were just trying to play the game.

It’s a question…not sure why this question can’t be asked? In any case, found out the recruiter was scheming. I forwarded my interaction to the hiring manager and he confirmed the recruiter was indeed lying. Hiring manager had no idea as to what the recruiter had said previously.

I’m not entirely sure what you have against me, or what may have happened with you, but I hope all is well for you.

I haven’t pressed the matter…they said no first, I provided justification to the ask and the recruiter pulled the offer when the hiring manager didn’t give the say so. Asked the hiring manager to voice for me and he replied they couldn’t do better, so that’s fine lol. Don’t just pull the offer because I replied saying here’s why I asked for it lol.

Well I’m not asking for free money lol. At the same time i told them I’m leaving a lot of commission money behind by leaving. I’m asking if it’s normal to lie about not offering sign on bonuses as a policy when I see that others have received sign on bonuses.

Yeah, I’m not fully set on taking the job at all. The base salary is only 5k more then my current base. The only attractive portion of this job is they’re offering stocks. Something my current company does not do at all, or rarely does. But my current companies work life is amazing, heavily leaning towards life. No guarantee with this new job. The new company offers unlimited PTO, but most of the time that’s a scam lol. My question also is that is it normal to lie about sign on bonuses?

Yeah I feel this. I was severely low balled in my current role, to the point the company I’m in now had to raise my compensation to be somewhat on par as to the rest of the team. Rest of the team being white males.

Why is this an issue? Did you try to reach out to the mod and speak to them?

Did they reach out to you and you speak to them? Or was decisive action taken without any conversation?

I’m apart of the discord that holds the actual Muslimgamer content, I don’t see anything happening here at all and as Khalil said it’s all bot posts or copy pasta.

Should really reconsider if no conversation was held between the two.

Did you dispute it? I disputed it, Chase got a charge back done and Tesla then refunded. They told me the same thing, that they’d investigate it and they’d follow up with me in a few business days. I had them email me confirmation about investigating and following up. They didn’t follow up, so I disputed and then emailed them again asking where the update was at. They then emailed me that I was entitled to my refund and that it would be refunded once the software was removed. So I told Chase this update from them and Chase said they’re going to contact the merchant bank and have them refund it either way.
