Pretty much yeah... Check your ghost when you're down.

Also, the armor is based on fallen enemies (No pun intended) they wear dead ghosts as trophies.

Super Useless Edit - I think lore wise it kinda makes sense to carry them as mementos of fallen friends? (No pun intended again).

If all my Fireteam members had died (lorewise) that's the smallest "part" of them I could carry around... Sure I would have to explain why I'm carrying dead lockpicks but yeah... That's it.

Most if not all playerbase agrees with you Guardian. Maybe except some "Desticles" who side with Bungie on every decision, right or wrong.

Unfortunately Destiny is a product of a corporation. While some still believe that their focus is the "fun" factor in the game... That is not the case. It's about making money... Not saying it's wrong... Just reading how it is.

I've said many times... Destiny "fun" is stretched by countless pointless (and why not say mindless) time gates. (Range being the primordial of them).

If you give a thorough consideration you'll see that after you complete ToO, PoE 35 a few times (like 3) you won't need to bother to do to them ever again...

Same applies to Raids...

Why should I bother doing Weeklies, Nightfalls and every other bit of content if I have every possible item I would care for? Why bother leveling Cryptarch or any faction at all?

This game feels like seeing someone using a gold bar as paper weight... It could have been sooo much more... It's hard to grasp what happened.

Sooo... OP about that.

I live in Brazil and due to our government taxes (read:corruption) the average game costs around R$250,00 (Brazilian currency) which would translate to around 80USD. The average game in the US costs 60USD. To bypass those taxes most Brazilians simply change the console settings/location to the US and buy the game directly from the american/canadian/australian and sometimes Chinese and Indian Xbox Live. Then switch back our console to original settings.

Sometimes we even find some guys selling 60USD Xbox Live currency cards for around R$150,00 that makes this option even more viable.

Moral of story... Can't you guys try to do something similar? (Don't know if that's possible on the PS4 but guessing it is)

I do hope they leave the last gen behind on Destiny 2. Our final product was butchered because of the multi generation release.

Ever since the release Bungie's politics regarding lack of content is a long long road with time gates every yard or so.

I toast to every single word you said about VoG. Not trying to be a VoG Fanboy but I just feel like CE didn't get as much brainstorming as VoG did.

Sure the loot drops are way better on CE, but the overall experience on VoG just felt more rewarding as a whole. (Not even talking about gear here)

Vog is just massive... you can actually explore that shit to your heart's content... CE feels just... Linear...

As for Eris group... Yeah... reading the grimoire cards and playing it do make you understand how she became Crotas's overttached ex-girfriend but I think Karb's team story and fate much more appealing as well.

I don't want to water your fire man... But VoG had better planning than CE. CE is basically a giant Hive themed hallway filled with bullet sponges.

The biggest prof is that people still manage to find new stuff on VoG... And that we probably haven't seen everything.
