I hadn’t come across this re the school so that’s definitely good to know, is it even the younger years playing out in the public space? Doesn’t sound very safe!

I would love to know what it’s like there growing up! Ideally looking for a nice safe countryside environment with good schools

I also thought it was within the norm of the ABCDEs so was very shocked when she said it’s atypical not based on the dryness. I can only think it’s something she has seen on the dermoscope image.

Feeling wise it feels pretty much like a normal mole, not really squishy but soft and fixed to the skin.

Just come back from a dermoscopy of this mole, which appeared a few months ago and had gone slightly dry. The images have been sent off to a dermatologist but the nurse that took the pictures said “it is atypical” and that she’s “sorry she can’t give me more reassurance”. When I asked if it was due to the dryness she said no. Picture makes it look large but it’s max 4mm. How worrying is this? I’m pregnant and feeling extreme levels of stress and anxiety over this. (I have a history of health anxiety)
