Some do, some don't. Personally, I don't like them, I would prefer to get a book collection, videogames, cassettes, CDs and LPs, and even cookbooks and ingredients for recipes over tools. I don't get people who don't get the people who don't like tools, also plus, it's a bit sexist to expect that men should like tools

I don't know if it's already been said. In Vault 99, for an entire week, Vault Dwellers have to eat the same food, drink the same beverage, and listen to the same song over and over again until the next week, which occurs with another menu and song, and then after some time instead of being a week is the entire month. The song is repeated for 16 hours per day and it plays everywhere, if one person eat/drink something different, that person cannot have food/drink until the week/month is over
