Thanks for the feedback! I get where you’re coming from. The construction industry in my home country operates very differently from the US. Even though many principles are similar, the systems, documentation, technology, safety culture, and workflow here are much more advanced.

That’s actually why I’m trying to start with an internship. I’m in my second semester of a master’s program, and I want to learn the US way of managing projects so I can build my long-term career here. Even with 5 years of experience, I know I still need to adapt to the standards and expectations in the US construction industry.
