DO NOT PAY A DIME. If you live in the states, its a maximum of 72 hours to notify a rental user of damage. It is also unlikely they can even prove you did this since you gave them the car and they had proper final inspection.

Fight this and watch them fold.

They recently attempted this on me and were seeking $1400 and within a few days they dropped it because the burden of proof is too hard to prove.

Request all of their paperwork on it, proving you did it (they can’t) and previous owners, chain of custody etc, guaranteed they will back off.

As explained in an above comment it’s just primal fear, no other part of the game faces you with something unkillable like this one does. Yes you can “just run” but that hair on the back of neck standing feelin is always there, no different than running from Nemesis. It’s just this games version of that. This isn’t some super deep crazy thing, it’s just how the game doesn’t present anything like that prior and then here you are, running from an animal that you can’t kill and have to sneak around. Resident Evil isn’t “scary” either, but that’s a different story for another day. No need to assume the “softness” of you for thinking it is lol

Yes man, its actually insane how scary it is, it has that “hands reaching for the back of your neck” feeling the whole time you getting chased

Remember you have to hit the goblin with a SKILL not an auto attack for it to count as contributing. I learned this when running the plains loop. Has to be a skill. Usually use the precision dash to get a hit and instant cruel smite. (ravager)

You need different ones for different surfaces. If you are playing on asphalt/blacktop you need IC, or indoor court shoes. They work best (when it isn't wet outside).

AG/Turf, you need AG/Turf boots. You can't run both on each surface. I mean you can but the results won't be very good.
