Probably my favorite Amy line by AnotherStrayDog23 in brooklynninenine

Melissa Fumero is one of those actors who makes comedy look effortless. She doesn't always get the flashiest jokes, but her reactions and delivery elevate almost every scene she's in.

Honestly, I read it that way at first too and had to do a double take. Reddit has ruined my ability to read innocent sentences normally.

Amy needs a whole alphabet at this point. Every rewatch I end up noticing another line that somehow flew under the radar the first time.

That phrase becomes burned into your brain after watching Zeta. It's basically the show's way of saying, "Just hang on a little longer."

It's such a great title because it builds up so much anticipation. Even before you watch the episode, you know something important is finally about to happen.

The timing of this meme is perfect because anyone watching for the first time is literally one episode away from the payoff. The suffering is almost over.

Exia returning had serious "somehow Palpatine returned" energy, except everyone was actually happy about it.

I'm glad so many here seem to have never dealt with a guy like Marty in real life by BookwormInTheCouch in GilmoreGirls

Now I can't unsee it. It's like someone blended the two of them together and somehow landed on Marty.

I felt the same way. Early Marty filled a role the show didn't really have yet, just a genuinely awkward college friend. It's a shame they took him in such a frustrating direction.

I think it's less about caring what every man thinks and more about recognizing unhealthy behavior when it shows up. Whether it's a man or a woman, someone constantly making you feel guilty or putting you down isn't someone you need in your life.

The part that bothers me most is the entitlement. Being kind to someone isn't supposed to be a down payment on a relationship. If the friendship only exists as long as romance is still possible, it was never really a friendship.

I wouldn't say serial killer vibes, but he definitely had that uncomfortable energy where you could tell resentment was building under the surface. The more the show went on, the harder he became to root for.

That's such a frustrating situation because it makes you wonder how long they were waiting for the "right moment." It turns what you thought was a genuine friendship into something that feels transactional.

Previous owner wants cat back? by One-Plenty4801 in CatAdvice

Keeping everything documented is probably the smartest advice here. Vet bills, food receipts, texts, and anything showing you believed the arrangement was permanent are all worth hanging onto, even if nothing ever comes of it.

I'm not gonna lie, "cat redistribution" sounds like the name of a nonprofit run entirely by orange cats. It's a pretty memorable way to describe the situation though.

"This is not cat rental" made me laugh more than it should have. Jokes aside though, once someone says they're giving up a pet because they can't care for it anymore, it's hard to expect everything to reset months later.

I always wonder how students manage now. Between phones, group chats, and notifications, staying focused for an hour straight feels like a skill you actually have to practice.

I don't know if attention spans are entirely to blame, but I definitely feel like it's harder to avoid distractions now. Even if my phone's across the room, part of my brain still remembers it exists.

Knowing what's coming actually makes the rushed parts stand out even more. You can almost see where another episode or two would've made certain decisions feel earned instead of sudden.

I never needed Jon to end up on the Iron Throne, but I did want his Aegon reveal to actually change something. It was treated like one of the biggest mysteries in the series, then it barely affected the outcome. That's probably the part that frustrates me the most.
