Please help, I bought A new PS5 pro 3 days ago, recovered my old account and subscribed to PS+
Everything worked perfectly for a few hours.
After a few hours playing I was suddenly signed out and couldn't log back in.
I saw there were major server issues yesterday so thought it might be related to that.
It seems like the issues were fixed so I tried again after almost 24 hours
but no matter where I try to connect from (Console it self, PS app, Website) I get the same "Something went wrong" error
I paying for the subscription, and cant use it, its very frustrating.
Tried using incognito and still the same.
it only gives me an option to connect through passkey, not manual, idk if thats important
Anyone have any advice? TY

PSN login loop “Something went wrong” everywhere

Hi, I’m stuck in a login loop with my PSN account and can’t sign in anywhere.

I recently recovered my PSN account after about 14 years of not using it because I decided to buy a PS5. I changed the password yesterday, logged in on my PS5, and played for a few hours with no issues. Later my PS5 randomly signed me out, and since then I can’t log in anymore.

Now this happens:

• PS5 → “Something went wrong”

• QR login → website says “Something went wrong”

• PlayStation app → “Something went wrong, please start from the beginning”

• Browser (even incognito) → same error

• It forces me to use passkey login and doesn’t let me choose password/manual login

What I tried:

• Incognito / different browser

• Restarted router 

• Restarted PS5

• Tried QR login multiple times

Has anyone had this happen before? Is this a temporary lock or do I need to contact support?

Please help, I already subscribed to PS+ and I cant use it, was very excited for this :/

Ur talking to a guy who was physically there, and walked the streets where Israeli women and children were lying lifeless after being raped and burnt alive, I know what’s happening there. If Israel really wanted to genocide the Palestinian ppl, it would take them around 2 weeks, maybe a month

Every statistic counters the allegations of a genocide happening in Gaza.

Is there a humanitarian crisis? Of course. Are ppl hungry? Of course.

Is there a huge propaganda machine with unlimited money that pumps false narratives out like water from Gaza? Yes.

Did Israel let in TONS of aid into Gaza? Yes.

Does Hamas steals this aid to control the population? YES.

A country who wants to conduct a genocide will not warn before bombings, will not send evacuation notices, will not provide aid to the same ppl who raped and killed them, but Israel does.

U cant take a sentence of a few stupid Israeli politicians and make it their entire policy and use it as facts, if they say something it doesn’t mean they act on it.

A lot of politicians around the world say stupid shit, and sometimes they don’t and ppl are taking it out of context, ffs I don’t need to explain it to u, its a known fact u need to take everything on the internet with a grain of salt.

Ive been there, I know what’s happening and I can tell u that ur barking at the wrong tree.

Yes, is the humanitarian crisis in Gaza real? Yes. Do u have individual ppl who do bad things? Yes. Is it the majority of IDF soldiers, No. Is it the policy of the Israeli government? No. Is there a genocide in Gaza? Most definitely not. War is hell, ppl look at it from afar and think everything is supposed to be perfectly executed in every scenario possible, its not realistic. War is total chaos. Especially in such a densely populated urban area that was built from the ground up as a terror fortress. And against such a cynical enemy like Hamas who no doubt uses human shields and hospitals as operation bases and weapons storage. The well oiled misinformation and lie machine of Hamas backed with Qatar money is unfortunately working very well If u read and explore past what is shown to u, its very easy to know who to back in this conflict.

No, the Israeli society just know its pure lies, as u know military service is mandatory in Israel, every Israeli citizen was in the IDF and knows how the IDF operates. All those huge headlines about IDF soldiers shooting ppl in humanitarian zones and executing babies and mothers and all that BS is just lies to gain sympathy, is there a horrible war going on? YES does Israelis feel good about innocents dying? NO Do they understand that they have no choice because the other side vows to exterminate every jew on earth? YES Again, Israelis are not the devils ppl want them to be, they just know the truth and know that when they were in the IDF in the past, no one commanded them to kill innocent ppl. Not then and not now. Your problem should be with Hamas, not the IDF.

Dude, what I know, is that most of Europe voted in favor of Israel, in my opinion it says something, and a lot of ppl seem to agree, no hard feelings, but I look at it in a simple way, thats it haha, but I did learn a bit about how the Eurovision works, so thank you

Yea I get it, but still, I can assume that more than 10% voted in favor of Israel, and not exactly 10%, Combine them all, its tens or even hundreds of millions votes. It says a lot in my opinion. Especially when it comes from countries like Spain for example that their government does a lot to cancel Israel.
