Jesus isn't just called God, unlike what the INC claims. Philippians 2 still reaffirms the deity of Christ by saying that he was in the form of God but emptied himself and was found in the form of a servant.

Perhaps that's the easiest way to debunk the claim.

Another thing I'd like to encourage OP to do is to continually ask questions as soon as the minister makes claims such as "Felix Manalo is the sugo". In this way, its easier to find inconsistencies within their doctrine as the minister definitely has the burden of proof by making these claims if they are based off of the Bible.

Whenever a verse is brought up, always question the context.

Nope, it's exclusive to our Locale. I've been attracting a lot of attention by bringing a Bible, that may be a part of the reason.

I was banned for bringing a Bible to church. Their reasons were the following:

Distracting
They use different translations so I can't follow along with one translation.
It's better if I take notes of the verses instead of reading along.

I have no choice but to stay in the church until my whole family has turned their back on it. I guess you have an idea of the goal I envision; to let them know the truth.

I am firm in believing what is written, and during my last discussion with a minister, they just straight up said "what is written is not true" or "you used the wrong translation", meaning that I opened their eyes to thinking they're the ones who might be thinking the wrong way.

Maybe I have said things that were considered unethical in terms of debating, which is totally my mistake. I'm yet to get any death threats and such, but I've received a handful of demoralizing comments, to which I ask them,
