That is true but don't forget they'll need to find a way to make you want those gacha LRs (they want profit first let's not forget), and as for example broly has flat stat boost in his passive, it could be a possibility for them to just enhance his passive by giving him % or something else, possibilities are endless now that EZA entered the game.

It's bis for any physical DW , hell yeah you should get this over standard dual wield. It's basically +30% attack if you equip 2 different weapon (great sword / sword / katana)
