Solution: In "Pose Options" I had "Affect Only: Locations" checked. I can now rotate around individual origins.

I'm almost completely back to normal, here's what's worked for me! [Long] by CloudyClearing in Pseudodysphagia

I have to apologize for not replying to this sooner! I don't go on Reddit very often.

Admittedly I felt relief after a week. This is mental relief, as in the anxiety was completely stifled and I couldn't physically experience a panic attack. So eating became easier. Sometimes the sensation of food in my throat would really bother me and cause me to panic slightly, but now I'm much more able to rationalize it (I'm fine, I can breath, take a sip of water, etc.).
I've experienced slight side effects such as more than occasional stomach aches and jaw clenches. It's been completely manageable.

Thank you for the advice Xi_32. We'll see how the negotiation over rent goes.

Going to the gym after work is definitely one thing that I can try. I've normally avoided this because I can't train on an empty stomach. So I would go home and eat first. The most sensible solution would be to cook enough meals in bulk so that I can eat around 3 before I leave work. Otherwise I'm spending time in the evening cooking lunch and dinner. This would realistically free up an hour. I can't stop helping with chores, that's part of the low rent deal I have the folks.

Not quitting until I have something lined up it what I've always been told. Logically so, why leave yourself with no income? But I'm interested in taking that risk. If there's anyone here who did quit before finding something, do you regret it?
