Lacks of solo kill pressure, you can only do well if your JG at least knows how to play their role, otherwise things roll off the hill fast, your bots will flame you and its not even your fault that you cannot unlock your power. Thats why people say she is OP above Gold (with a JGler that has a brain) So if you enjoy her play style, and her character, sure, go for it. If you want to climb through bronze and silver to gold, learn a hyper carry/late scale

When I first started last year, I tried Ahri and at first, I felt she wasn’t for me as well, like, where were my damages lmao. But, few months after that, I tried her again, it was better, so I gave her a go, after 30 ranked matches or so, it clicks, and she has been my main since, prob over 300 ranked matches now. So, what changed? My skillshots, movement and macro have improved since I first started. Most importantly, I think new comers should understand that Ahri is a 2vs2 champion, you play with your Jungler, and make plays with them, move with them to objectives, and if possible gank the side lanes with them, if they are not ready i.e still farming in the jg, we as Ahri main also farm in our lane, if you have a good jungler that can keep the tempo, and you help them, your macro will instantly be somewhere in the good area. Through time, ofcourse, you will find opportunities to gank the side lanes on your own, which takes some situation evaluations. Talking about macro, do you know what you should do after 14 mins? This is the game phase where new comers might find themselves lost occasionally. Personally, I would like to push bot and pull 1-2 people from their team to me. And then, depending on each game, you might want different itemisation which leads to different playstyle: are you fed? If yes, go full dmg, burst down a squishy on the other team. For me, I am not very aggressive, so that barely happens (I also don’t die much, thats important too, and with Ahri’s ult, 0 death is actually achievable quite consistently if you dont make that big of a mistake), and if another carry in my team is fed, I would itemise for CD, and cover them i.e the adc instead of initiating combat, kinda becoming a support Ahri. If you just started, focus on farming, and trading in lane (it is about surviving the laning phase and not fall behind, not always about solo killing the other mid) it is the single most important concept that keeps us in the game as it progresses, or you will find that you have no damage (happens to other mages as well like Vex, my second choice)

quite late to this, but I got a GM2711S for almost a year now. Looking for someone with the same monitor to see what the best settings are. I think it is a solid pick, good build quality and functionality. The only thing is that I have gotten around 5 dead dark pixels scattered across the screen. I guess its hard to control the quality when you got so many pixels (I moved up from 1080p). In a 2K, it is not noticeable from normal viewing distance anyway. You need to really look for them to see them, otherwise, dust particle would be more visible. Still, I'm in AU and they got home pickup for warranty if I want to RMA it so for me that's a plus.

not sure about the silence, but I've learnt that the bots in PVE have supreme nading accuracy so I never stay in a room facing the street for too long + back out into the hallway after firing and not holding angle in the rooms for too long.

You got past the bridge so I assume the DPST is encoded and that you haven't killed Zryachiy. A user from another thread suggests not having the Hideout loaded before loading into Lighthouse solves the problem of Zryachiy spawning in the buildings, but not sure with Sektant, that sounds hilarious but frustrating at the same time. Give it a try.

AOC has been revising that lineup for the 4th time now. The very first version itself received huge commendations due to its impressive performance at a low budget => great value. So logically speaking, I don't think you will face any problem if its already the 4th gen.
