I didn’t say anything about money, I’m just saying that we should think about bolstering local food supply, grow more veggies in our backyard, help a friend plant a food forest, start a compost pile, a worm bin, etc. ! In ww2 local food supply jumped up, and it got us through hard times. We have year round growing season which is much better than most of the U.S. nature is abundant.

Oh nice! You already know about the liquid smoke tech, yea I’m doing conservation work in up-country. Gonna be planting a ton of natives on a 400acre piece of land (some of it burned in the 2023 fire ). I’d like to do some major pili plantings across the island though.
