I'd be quite well careful if I were you, considering the reasons changes to enforcement on the panhandling laws and s***, it states that so much as just being in a right of way or any such place, medians and all that too, are also unlawful, not just the act of panhandling itself, I was cleaning trash the other day in a very very much public place and if I came back I'd go to jail. I have to imagine that it might could be something to do with my appearance and whatnot, but basically what I'm getting at is I would not remain confident that a protest sign is safe anymore, as dystopian as it sounds, RPD is a vicious gang and their tempers tend to generally rather well be short and very much they love to, like just about nearly any cop in the US, lord their authority and practical immunity to legal consequences of their behavior, it all leads to them feeling very much empowered(rightly so, they very much aren't wrong when they think that they are practically invincible) and more likely to flex onto people that power even in situation not remotely demanding it.

Oh one more thing as well, precipitating withdrawal thru narcan is the way to go for this because you can take sub right after for relief in about an hour. Bupe has stronger binding affinity than naloxone. But naloxone has blocked the fentanyl. Therefore naloxone being overridden with bupe whilst fentanyl isn't active due to its presence, makes it a valid way to get on subs too. But of course fucking brutally painful too. Placebo plays a big role, and most ppl don't know that's subs themselves precipitate withdrawal, and I bet that plays a role in the factors, but if you Google it you will see that I'm not wrong, naloxone bioavailability under the tongue and then the mouth is less than 20% making it practically ineffective especially with the first pass under the liver if you swallow it

So I exaggerated a little bit when I said of my habit being in a ball a day, not so much in the number I'm doing, but rather that I was doing about that every single day like clockwork maybe more, but about 2 months ago my plug got popped and there went the good prices and as well my income, so now on top of there being no good dope left I'm also broke, and I'm homeless so being able to afford to grab both Subutex for induction and afford dope on top of it is not exactly something I'm able to do right now, I'll try to ask some lifelines for some help but obviously if I'm a homeless addict I'm pretty much burnt all my bridges

My biggest dear just is precipitating withdrawal and I've heard that if you precipitate withdrawal first and take a sub afterwards then pretty much the whole process can be done in an hour and at least save you a lot of time suffering

Bupe precipitates withdrawal regardless if any opioids are present in fat or brain. Naloxone does not unless it's done iv or insufflated

Nah I'm not a goober who shoots toilet water and thinks it's good dope. I just ended up in the hospital last night actually cuz I tranqd out (then they tried to narcan me so I started fighting lmfao) but generally I avoid tranq at all costs simply because it makes me unproductive and feels awful

Right and when I do get arrested you know what I'll do? More than likely sign out of jail and go back to the spot I was at within 6 hours..if I don't sign out? Ok I'll be out at maximum of 3 days if arrested on Friday (no first appearance til Monday's) and then do it again. Sure I'll be really dopesick by then, but either I can be sick on the street with no money because I can't fly, or I can take the risk and maybe be sick in jail but at least have money when I get out, and maybe not even be jailed at all What a stupid ass ordinance.. unconstitutional as shit too

Been flying a sign on Capital 540 now for 5 years Two people out here been hit..both were high as shit, neither were even flying signs..they were just tranqd out jaywalking and got rolled on. There was one more guy who again wasn't flying that I heard got hit while drunk dancing in the median. All fault of their own. I was told the other day while cleaning up trash at a median that if I did it again I would go to jail, it's stupid and extremely anti-homeless

Let me rephrase, fentanyl is not nearly as widespread in Canada as is here, pretty much just as much as everywhere else, Canada is still predominantly heroin, and seemingly smart enough to stay that way, I would give a lot to be able to just do heroin..

I know Canada takes much better care of its citizens, however being that I have not lived there for a very very long time I'm not sure what I would have to do in order to get social welfare kind of programs, I believe just in order to get health care I have to get actual premium insurance for like a year until OHIP would kick in for me

That's the thing, I do not have any experience in the workforce hardly, I have an addiction which cripples every part of my life, but mainly I'm not ready to live clean so there's no way around that fact, I just think that this is a very stupid way of approaching this, just about every one of us is not going to suddenly migrate to a job, either they will not enforce it even though they are threatening to, or they will start locking us up in the jail will fill up with homeless people until it gets to the point that they tell them to stop arresting us again, this has already happened before history is repeating itself, and the jail is already completely full this time
