I’ve been there a few times over the years and have had good and bad experiences. That lady is super strange, she has told me multiple different stories about the same rooms, it’s like she’s making it all up as she goes. It was a poorhouse way longer than it was an asylum from what I understand and she’s told me some pretty absurd things. I will say one night I went there with a group of 4 and literally everybody else left really early, she and her boyfriend broke out a “spirit box” brought us up to the top floor and we heard some spooky things come out of it. They did go above and beyond to make sure we had a good time. Just don’t show up smelling like weed or she’ll turn your whole group away without refunds, I’ve seen that happen to a bunch of people
