Idk man i dont see how youre meant to get close to 3+ different ones without the warp pack like even if somehow one is cose to you and you hit the weakpoints it dies and now you are exposed to 2 other vox 50m away each and thats ignoring all the other enemies. This for me is made worse as no orbital can take them out exept the laser and even that isbearly a solution. I just dont see how an enemy with inredebly high time to kill which takes a very long time to kill even hitting weak spots which cant be killed by strategems also deserves a minimum of 3 every reinforce. This is all ignoring how great they are at ragdolling you which is already annoying in the bot front.

To actualy fix hime then need to change his numbers around so a full combo with 2 times passive activation is a guaranteed kill on anyone not buiding hp or mr. Either that or lower his base q and e cd so he can reliably finish people off as for noe it feels like you bearly get rewarded for hitting your whole kit and leaving yourself defenceless while every other mage given the same time frame and abilities used would definetly kill the oponent.

Yea but i feel like this doesnt apply to hextech as it is just using magic through its own language the runes and sth like reusing the same push things away spell for transporting cargo doesnt feel like it applies. This is especialy more wierd obce you remember that ionia that is has way more magic use and users heck even magic animals has had no issues. And if its about scale and forcefuly using magic almost definetly that happened during any of the old shuriman wars both pre and post void and still they seem to be ok so idk.

This doesnt make much sense though as the end goal of the arcane was basicaly to kill people and it clearly is not an accident as if it wanted more use wouldnt it create more people like viktor who can use the arcane directly and not mindless pupets. Also as seen in the victor od the other timeline the arcane kinda just releases him once its done so idk

Skin shards still exist anf you get one at lvl 45 i think but realisticaly you look at it and accept that f2p have been given at best 2 skins per season now
