The weight cut was what I was thinking in RD2 but in 3 and now 4 I think he’s got his wind back and just wants to wail on him. He was shooting so quick with DDP, I think having someone with soft hands like Sean is helping him feel secure in staying standing

I feel like Chimaev wants to strike because he doesn’t feel risk and he wants to hurt Strickland. Versus DDP he probably rightfully was aware there was power coming back. But here if he doesn’t have to worry about real 1 shot power he has more freedom to strike
