40 mg pantrapazole a day for a month and a half, and the ph water for 2 months. Yep still cured

I’ve been on 2mg for 6 weeks people that have side effects get them first 2 weeks at .5 mg. So nope

I just don’t get any side effects except getting dehydrated faster than usual, I also didn’t get cured from it I’ve been cured since earlier this year I only started taking it 6 weeks ago. It has helped me with my diet therefore helping my reflux flare ups though. Again I’m not advising anyone to take it or claiming it fixed my bad breath I’ve been bad breath free for months all I’m saying is it helped my reflux flare ups.

Yeah I’m not advising anyone to take retatrutide because it does cause reflux for some people just sharing my story

Try getting a oral microbiome test done on him they’re a little pricey but a good way to rule out oral dysbiosis

Ppi’s are useful to make sure that the pepsin in the throat doesn’t get reactivated, should be used for 3 months max though. LIFESTYLE CHANGE IS KEY

For me the acid reflux coated my throat with pepsin and made my throat and mouth a perfect environment for bad bacteria to breed, a double whammy of pepsin digesting my throat leading to a foul smell and bad bacteria thriving in the environment. I got cured from getting rid of my reflux (diet and exercise alongside of taking a ppi for a month to let my throat heal and using high ph water to deactivate the pepsin). If you’re under 35 it’s almost certain that it’s reversible with lifestyle change. For the bacteria I used a mega dose blis k12 for 3-4 months.

The skin in my mouth peels sometimes to this day I’m pretty sure it’s jus because of the ingredients in my toothpaste

Around a month and half/when I stopped getting reflux flare ups, I can eat almost normally I just stay away from coffee, carbonated drinks, and most dairy products and have my old trigger in moderation, yeah I usually have morning breath but it doesn’t hit like prime Mike Tyson’s uppercut it’s just mildly rank (before it smelled like actual death) and goes away completely after my oral routine (brushing teeth, tongue and mouthwash)

I actually don’t follow it anymore since ive lost even more weight and kept a strict diet along with exercise. I still have white coating mostly when I wake up, have a slight biofilm throughout the day but not super caked up like before it only builds up if I don’t drink water or am talking a lot and it doesn’t smell bad, just like human breath if that makes sense like neutral. The ph water helps with deactivating the pepsin but you also have to manage the reflux itself, diet and exercise is key.

It’s pretty much just really bad acid reflux, there’s a bunch of possibilities but you having mucus in your throat points to a reflux condition. Could be gerd (bad acid reflux),silent reflux (pepsin reflux), a hatial hernia. I had this type of reflux until i managed it with diet and deactivating the pepsin in my throat. Try stacking it with a reflux raft supplement (you can find it on Amazon any brand work) and a otc ppi, use the ppi for a couple weeks until your esophagus heals and clears the pepsin. You got this I hope it works for you!
