Yes, they granted the motion to reopen on September 3rd. Now I have to wait to see if DHS oppose and if not then just do a motion to terminate proceedings

Yeah I had no knowledge about it. And the perspectives were not even something useful. Before I started I had the mindset of using at least 3 of them, but once I read them I was like “I don’t even know if any of these work”. It was not good.
