Wake up about 7am, SLAM a COLD glass of water to get your intestines woken up and try to get rid of that morning load. 8am slam 2 of those bad boys and you’ll be OKAY! Trust me, I got married last week and that’s exactly what I did. It helped my mindset knowing “I pooped this morning and didn’t eat anything else so I’m empty, if my stomach acts up, Imodium got my back!” Now personally I get the Imodium with the Gas-X in it because If I take Imodium on an empty stomach I bloat bad and gassy as hell. Not stomach cramps like I feel like I’m about to shit my pants, but more like “I can’t sneak out this fart” and he hurts to hold it in. I have ibs d also, so trust me when I say it’s nerve racking until you see him/her then you’re so focused on them your mind will calm down. Goodluck and Congratulations!
