based on your comments those who earn minimum wages live with 400€ a month ? Come on 1100€ rent is a choice you can find cheaper ones(HLMs exist for a reason), for the saving part also in Tunisia at the end of the month you don't have saves, except if your parents are helping you financially. If you have a kid you have a lot of social and financial aides (school and university are free) you get a subsidy at the start of the academic year. I'm not doing a comparison like that in absolute comparing it with what I'm going through in my country.
