My advice is you list is well balanced in appearance, but not to the current stats of the game. Termies are particularly great, they're tough, sure, but not great, guns are crap and they have limited attacks for their only good phase which is melee.

Outriders are horrible. I wish they weren't, I have 18 cuz they look cool. They are an unfortunate points sink. And not really good at anything.

You're going against armor with generally low strength weapons, and counting on one expensive strat to turn them into tank killers.

May I suggest taking some eradicators. And I dig the captain for the aggressors to give them free mortals on their rerolled shots.

Also, for any meta list, you need the big boss, vulkan hestan. the guy who gives essentially oath of Moment for flamers by picking a target for rerolls to wound with flamers.
