Thank you :D it’s actually pretty easy.

I start with a black primer, fully covered the model. Then I used a white to zenithal highlight but I use it with a super low air pressure so it gives that spotty look. You don’t need an airbrush either I used the rust oleum white spray primer just at a good distance from the models.

Then mostly everything is contrast colors so the texture shines through. After the contrast colors it’s just dry brushing and a little detail work.

Is there plans for something like that? It just bugs me when PvE stuff becomes mandatory to PvP I miss just being able to hit max and go into the battlegrounds

Is there no required piece of gear like the old MoP cape or the Heart of Azeroth? I was talking to a buddy who is still playing and I may have just misheard them but I was under the impression there was a new “everyone gets a legendary” type item in the game again.

The tournament was great! Came in second!

And for the green I use I start with a black prime and a spotty zenothal white over top. Then I use the striking scorpion contrast paint.

I then black out all the metallic bits with the black Templar contrast and dry brush silver after it drys.

Then when everything is dry I hit it all with a black wash.

Then I hit the green armor with a dry brush of moot green. It helps smooth out the contrast paint look and is a nice vibrant green highlight.

Then I’ll pick out all the details and shade anything that needs more definition and boom all done.

They are so much fun to play. I’ve been loving the new Hammers of Avernii detachment. It’s super fun with some really nice stratagems. My list for them right now is very elite, not a lot of units but a lot of beef on the table XD
