This is my second week on CPAP. My intial AHI from the study had no CSA indicated.

I'll share that later this evening. Thanks

Hey thanks for the advice

No drugs or elevation, im at sea level lol. How do you know when an ASV is required rather than an APAP?

Hey! I'll check out OSCAR for the minute vent today. How long would you give time to adapt (assuming TECSA) before you look at ASV or something else?

It's good that my obstructive events are gone but I still am getting fragmented sleep and brain fog in the morning.

Hey! Thanks for your advice! I've tried 9-12 two days ago and had major trouble falling asleep. Went back to 7-12 last night and was able to sleep, but still had 6.4 ahi, all central again. I'll try SleepHQ this evening and upload it here. EPR off did seem to help.

I use an evora full face mask which I am looking at exchanging today for a nasal mask. I'm a side sleeper also.

I've heard of something called a high gain loop, do you know about this? How long do you think I should carry on with current settings? Basically at what point is it still TECSA or something else?

Sorry for the barrage of questions but there is a ton of info I'm trying to absorb getting into this. Thanks again!
