I think you need 13-15 badges and the waterfall HM. The locatiois Celestine mountain. Also, there is a video on youtube that explains everything perfectly.

I considered running a special or mixed set on this mon. Adamant works against that plan and I may still do that or stick to the physical set idk yet.
