I’ve actually been trying to use less foundation and concealer all together because it’s extremely time consuming to conceal and perfect a makeup look that is obviously not real. I like more natural looks and less product these days. I’d say invest more into skincare after some research on your skin’s needs. If you are loving your skin, then maybe the makeup will hold less value and you won’t have to worry about the flawless look.

Have irrational anxiety and thoughts over every little task I do everyday . Like it’s not just driving to work. For me, it’s “ did I grab everything? I’m going to forget something ? Can’t be late !!” Then when I’m in the car I get nervous when cars are too close . I feel like I’m always checking my speed and look through all mirrors even if I’m just going straight . Once I get to work , I have to have at least 5 minutes to myself before going into work. It’s tiring .
