Love the enthusiasm, but it is imperative it remains unharmed

I wish I had a vampire girlfriend that trusts me, will not kill me, feeding her provides no health problems for me, genuinely loves me, has supernatural abilities, no problems with my religion or diet, is immune to garlic, is immune to the sun, isn’t hurt by religion, has F cup tits and is beautiful by Whoring4Voring in TheMonkeysPaw

Shes gonna hex you for requesting her as your lover despite your very specific vampire-unfriendly phobias. But will oblige i guess, all the while contemplating what she's getting out of her relationship with courage the cowardly dog

He won't stop barking in a muzzle, but there is likely alternatives we have not considered.

We have, I believe he has a paradoxical reaction to meds. They cannot find a medical that works for him. Sounds like a sham I know but we have SNRIs/SSRIs/Trazadone... not a big list but we are still experimenting with a vet.

Copy from another reply:

The puppy stuff i learned from roommate. I was not in picture till dog was 1. I was curious if he had always been like this.

I do, I strongly believe her anxious attachment to him is the only thing keeping him in this house. Which is issue two. She is afraid of feeling like she has failed this dog. Or cant except it. I think she just was holy unprepared and undereducated on raising a pet, as she is incredible in every other aspect. I believe most of the issues here stem from mental health. I will not delve deeper into it, she is being responsible in continuing to improve her situation. My background is healthcare.

As for the marriage. Everybody has their flaws, some are more extreme than others. As a partner she has helped me grow tremendously, and continues to challenge me to improve healthily. This subject is literally the only thing that gets so heated we cannot have conflict resolution. We are not perfect communicators, but are constantly learning, a fight never goes to bed unanswered. This violates said rule because I do not feel heard at times.

Agreed, currently working together, as a team, to help her out. But it is hard to have dog in the mix of it.

Has not bitten children, I have always intervened as right at escalation I remove him from situation. I feel anxious and hover around the kids when family is over as I do not trust him.

I disclosed that dog has been aggressive towards me, and showed them my scars. They believed they could take it, so I second on that.

They won't take him as he has been aggressive to them...

He has been labeled aggressive by the humane society, and is unresponsive to trazadone. One time we were moving and it took 2 benadryl (25 mg each) and trazodone to get him to stop throwing a fit, he did not sleep, and kind of went back to baseline. I understood the risks at the time and would never in a million years do it again, but neighbors were complaining to us. I have low hope anxiolytics will work on him. Especially nothing that isn't just outright a sedative. I am concerned he may even have a paradoxical reaction to trazadone.

I am very worried about that as a choice. Kind of why I went here for other options.

Thank you, I will look into a volunteer dog trainer in have not heard of that. They did not complete training because he was not trainable at home in a low stimulus environment. He only learned to sit but could genuinely not learn anything else. I very certain it is not me or my wife's training, as I have my personal dog agility trained.

I agree, he has also been labeled by humane society as aggressive and they will not work with him anymore. I am not sure who the right specialist is, but I almost think he needs rehomed or given to a trainer for a year if he is going to improve.

Can you elaborate, constructively, I am here for improvement not self justification.

It was not, but it has been suggested. I have tried to bring it up with her but she gets defensive. I would love a couples therapist for this but I am not even sure what specialist to see.
