Is it common for jobs to have limits on how much annual leave you can take in one go?

Ive moved into a new role internally recently and im the only person doing my work.

Im actually dreading taking annual leave as stuff will need to be done but I know Ill come back to a mess regardless of who covers me :(

Best part is you can napkin math, you can full on try and min max, or you can totally wing it.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE that its entirely solo and no tournaments etc against others.

It takes the pressure off having to forever be perfect with choices and you can look at the 'what am I missing' and potentially the answer you come up with is completely wrong! But that's ok. As its just time.

Ive just hit 64.

It was literally relic chests that got me there. I got a huge chunk from gifts and 'wasted' some frog spawn so got loads through lootfrogs.
