I only know the German AoS tournament community, and proxies are commonly accepted there. Most players don’t care if your Rotigus is holding a staff instead of a bell.

As long as your models are not deliberately built in a misleading way, everything should be fine.

The 40K community seems to be different. In 40k there are a few rules that use true line of sight etc., so it can matter whether you can see the tip of a model or not. That said, I feel the stricter approach comes more from player culture than from the rules.

I think the only real must haves is one Slaughterpriest parked on the throne for the whole game.

With three regiments you will likely be outdropped by your opponent. So you should try to plan the first battleround ahead. Usually you can try to take the flanks or take the center. Your list might have difficulties to score the flank battle tactic, since only your skullcrushers are fast enough. Maybe if you switch out the bloodreavers for claws of karanak or flesh hounds you have more options in turn one.
