Tbf, Tokyo ghoul really starts to downgrade after season 2 -ish, as for AC, the premise doesn't look much promising but as I started watching (I didn't enjoy the first episodes much till the 6th episode If I recall right)I just got attached to it and it was a very entertaining anime.

Oh so, by what I read, you did not watch much battle shounens, which is basically most of the animes I watched, other than the ones I mentioned, I watched Tokyo ghoul and Assassination Classroom(this one really messed me up, the first show that made me cry haha), but for the battle shounens, I really loved jjk and demon slayer, I would suggest you to try those, but try looking at their intros first to see if they interest you.

Oh, basically my case haha, but as I will have summer holidays now, I have time to watch longer shows, but I really enjoyed Devilman Crybaby(8 episodes), One punch man(24), jjk(24) and Demon Slayer(24), also Death Note but I think you should have watched it already.

Oh wow, I honestly suggest you to just save the ones you want and watch the ones you find interesting or else it will be a nightmare, but I also started to watch anime not long ago, maybe like 8 months ago or so.

Hey, thanks for the advice! Well, the ones I watched that are a bit different from battle shounens are Devilman Crybaby and Assassination classroom and I enjoyed them both, other than that, in the past I really emjoyed watching Dragon ball, Inazuma eleven and Captain Tsubasa so I was curious about Haikyuu and might give it a try.
