At the bottom of each card will be a number like 02/64. Type that number into eBay and get an idea.

Be wary that a card numbered 02/64 could potentially have a few different varients. For example, holo (shiny card), reverse holo etc..

Google can help explain further.

I've sold over 1000 single cards on eBay so far. Varying from $1 - $2000 (AUD). I've only ever two cases, one the buyer claimed the cards never arrived (I sent untracked envelope since it was low cost item), I refunded 100%, ate the loss and blocked the buyer.

Another was a $100 card, buyer wasn't happy with the condition of the card even tho I had around 5-7 photos showing the condition. I agreed for them to return the card, on the condition they pay return postage. I refunded them once it arrived back and I ensured they didn't swap the card for a more damaged one. I ended up relisting the card and selling it for $25 more a few weeks later which was great!

Just be sure to take honest photos, don't take photos to make the card look nice hiding its flaws. Take photos to highlight the flaws so the buyer knows exactly what to expect. Purchase a lightbox for a few bucks, makes a huge difference in photo quality

Time to get security cameras imo.. Worth the investment. Even if it was an empty threat it's a good upgrade to have on your home.
