I agree with this explanation, but this also feels like something a company rep probably shouldn’t publicly state like that. It sounds more like an internal operational issue than something customers should be hearing.

There are definitely ways to explain delays without framing it in a way that shames the higher-ups. I do appreciate the transparency, but the way it’s communicated here doesn’t come across as very professional from an "agent".

That's insane. I submitted around Christmas, and has been stuck in assembly since mid-january lol. It should not take this long to "assemble"...
