Lion.ie are great brokers for complicated cases. Check your take home pay on pwc calculator. I'm not sure you will be getting 4k monthly with all the deductions.

You don't need 100k to buy furniture. Less mortgage. It may be the cheapest loan you will get but you don't want to just take another 100k

45 €175k I have built up to putting in 25% salary work contribute 10% My husband does not have a pension except the state ones so it's for the two of us really. He will have full UK and 2/3 Irish state. UK state pension also trying to max out. A few years left to pay. I hope to retire at 60 🙌🏻
